Return, Refund & Exchange
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & REFUND
Orders within 7 calendar days (as stipulated on the individual product page) from the delivery date.
a. Defective and/or damaged goods in transit;
b. Fashion item which does not fit (except for imported items);
c. Goods received are different from the product descriptions or specifications stipulated in the order (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.);
d. Change of mind.
a. The product is not opened, damaged or tampered.
b. Customers must provide the proof of purchase and complete the Return Request Form.
a. For Defective Items, customers are required to notify Shopper365 (with photos or videos as proof) and make a request to rectify the defect or replace the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the Items.
b. Strictly no returns or cancellations for perishable goods.
c. Strictly no returns on "Change of mind" for
i. Milk formula products
ii. Goods purchased via Credit Card Instalments.
d. Subject to additional Terms & Conditions as stated on the individual product pages.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Check your eligibility for Return or Exchange, and ensure that all items are in the original packaging.
2. Complete the Online Return Form from My Order, or communicate with us via Contact Us to initiate a Return Request.
3. Wait for seller's assessment and approval.
3. Return your parcel (with a copy of proof of purchase) to the address below and notify us when you have sent the parcel:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE ITEM / REFUND
1. A quality check will be conducted upon receiving your parcel at our designated address and a notification (Return Accepted / Return Rejected) will be sent to your registered email.
2. If a return is accepted,
a. The Exchange item will take approximately 3 working days (Klang Valley) to arrive at your shipping address;
b. The Refund process will take approximately 5 to 15 working days to be completed depending on your payment method.
